Quality Childcare comes to Worthing
Following the success of their Horsham Nursery, Little Monkeys Day Nurseries has just opened its second Nursery in Grosvenor Road, Worthing. The Nursery is situated near Worthing library and within walking distance of the town centre and station. The owner, Lyn Povey, took over the old Ardmore School site and undertook a complete renovation of the premises, which now provide a safe, bright and stimulating environment where children can learn through play.
“The most important thing is that parents feel confident leaving their children with us while they are at work,” says Lyn. “That’s why we put the children’s safety and security as a top priority. We also recognise that parents like the family atmosphere a small Nursery can provide, where the staff and children all know each other really well.”
The Nursery provides a well balanced diet for the children, with all meals and snacks produced on the premises every day, using free range and organic produce. Lyn Povey “We are as passionate about what we give our children to eat as we are about how they play and learn,” continues Lyn. “It’s vital that good, sensible eating habits start as early as possible, and that’s what we try to do at Little Monkeys.”
The Nursery is registered with Ofsted for a maximum of 55 children and has three separate rooms for the different age ranges including a separate sleep room for babies.
Little Monkeys also offers Emergency Childcare Cover, where places can be booked at short notice. So if your au pair or nanny goes on holiday, or your child-minder is sick, Little Monkeys can offer you a place, allowing you to continue to work and not have to take a day’s leave.
